摘要: When bile acids in biological materials are to be analyzed and identified, there is usually a need for extraction prepurification procedures. Bile duodenal fluid exceptions; when the concentration of sufficiently high, these may directly applied starting line paper thinlayer (TLC) chromatograms (see Ref. 1). There continuing development this area [2] also by application high-performance [3], reversed-phase [4], overpressured TLC [5]. Direct analysis major electrophoresis possible [6, 7], isotachophoresis organic solvents recent advance [8]. injected on liquid chromatography columns (e.g., 9; see volume, Chapter 2), but column-switching techniques with automated sample cleanup likely more widely used.
