摘要: NLRP3 inflammasome, the multimeric protein complexes involved in processing of IL-1β through Caspase-1 cleavage, facilitates inflammatory response. The control and activation after intracerebral hemorrhage have not been fully studied. In current study, we explore specific microRNA which could regulate inflammasome inflammation hemorrhage. We detected inverse relationship between expression miR-223 NLRP3. found that mRNA contains conserved binding sites its 3′ UTR, directly these UTR sites. Our results indicate downregulate to inhibit caspase-1 IL-1β, reduce brain edema improve neurological functions. Together, may be a vital regulator activation. suggest represents novel target reducing response, offers new therapeutical strategy following ICH.
