摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to describe a process designing focus group study for library staff, and present method analyzing interpreting data. In addition, the aims report on participants' perceptions experience.Design/methodology/approach Focus methodology was used gather staff responses. An online survey gauge groups.Findings groups with are productive way issues trends management address. it seems from follow up that participating in benefits morale engagement, if best practices employed.Originality/value While there many articles about using understand users their needs, few employing staff. This fills some gaps.
