摘要: A coplanar waveguide (CPW) reconfigurable dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) is presented and investigated. The DRA capable of frequency tuning at three different bands between 3.45 6.77 GHz. overall size the 50 × 57 mm2. material a rectangular block ceramic with permittivity 15. Two switches, implemented using p-i-n diodes, are located on lines feed network that connected to element. Single-band modes impedance bandwidths 8% 16% achieved by switching “on” one connecting feedline networks, whereas wide band, an bandwidth 65%, two lines. Frequencies in single band can be independently controlled switch positions without affecting wideband mode. prototype has low profile thickness 4 mm. characteristics this were studied, good agreement was found numerical measured results.
