摘要: Abstract Background Anetoderma is characterized by circumscribed areas of flaccid skin due to the loss elastic tissue in dermis. It may be primary or secondary various dermatoses. The form has been reported association with autoimmune diseases and recently antiphospholipid antibodies. Its etiology remains unknown. Objectives To analyze clinical laboratory data from a series patients anetoderma referred our university reference center for connective disorders. Patients methods All consecutive histologically confirmed followed clinic 1996 2001 were enrolled this study. Laboratory investigations included screening prothrombotic abnormalities classical immunological systemic lupus erythematosus. Clinical analyzed retrospectively. Results was 9 cases profundus 2 cases. Prothrombotic detected 10 (9/9 1/2 anetoderma). Antiphospholipid antibodies patients. Only 4 fulfilled criteria definite syndrome which 3 associated erythematosus other. Conclusion should evaluated possible presence state warned its potential risks when present..
