摘要: The dorsal midline of the vertebrate neural tube is a source signals that direct cell fate specification and proliferation. Using genetic mapping in mouse previously generated Wnt3aCre line, we report here genetically labeled cells Wnt3a lineage migrate widely from into half adult brain spinal cord, contributing to diverse structures diencephalon, midbrain, brainstem extensively populating rostral cord.
