摘要: One of the remarkable features developing nervous system is wide-ranging migration precursor cells. Over past decade, insights from genetic studies on invertebrate cell motility and live imaging vertebrate epithelial neuronal have identified signals that initiate movements intracellular signaling pathways govern dynamics motility. This chapter compares strategies used to generate patterning in peripheral central systems, considering classical views brain development anatomical studies, as well emerging molecular programs neurogenesis studies.
