摘要: Myasthenia gravis is a chronic neuromuscular disorder that causes skeletal muscle weakness. Typically, myasthenia affects the ocular, bulbar, neck, proximal limbs, and respiratory muscles. Although presentation typically observed with complaints of vision bulbar symptoms such as diplopia, dystonia, dysphagia, this article presents case study an elderly man history increasing upper extremity weakness worsening hand dexterity intermittent episodes expressive aphasia. After cervical laminectomy fusion, gentleman was admitted to medical intensive care unit, in complete myasthenic crisis.
