摘要: WHO2007 grading of diffuse gliomas in adults is well-established. However, IDH mutations make classification according to the edition controversial. Here, we characterized IDH-1R132H mut status a cohort 670 adult patients with different grades glioma. Patient characteristics, clinical data and prognoses were obtained from medical records. Patients younger had better outcomes than those without mutations. Differences age among astrocytomas eliminated after grouped based on status. was present more often lower Ki-67 MGMT protein levels higher mutant p53 levels. also strongly associated grade independently Moreover, Ki-67<30 survived longer Ki-67≥30, regardless group other groups. Our results indicate that treat gliomas, mutation should be included when determining glioma patients.
