摘要: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the leading cause death worldwide. Currently, no effective early diagnostic biomarkers are available for colorectal carcinoma. Therefore, there a need to discover new molecules able identify pre-cancerous lesions. Recently, microRNAs (miRNAs) have been associated with onset specific pathologies, thus identification miRNAs may be used detect this pathology at stages. On these bases, expression levels were analyzed compare samples and normal tissues in several miRNA datasets. This analysis revealed group 19 differentially expressed miRNAs. To establish interaction between most altered genes CRC, mirDIP gene target was performed such recognize activate or inhibit pathways involved development DIANA-mirPath prediction applied. Overall, analyses showed that up-regulated hsa-miR-183-5p hsa-miR-21-5p, down-regulated hsa-miR-195-5p hsa-miR-497-5p directly related through Mismatch Repair pathway Wnt, RAS, MAPK, PI3K, TGF-β p53 signaling development.
