摘要: The Indian freshwaters are under considerable threat, in the past one or two decades, owing to fast pace of development that country is undergoing. Large quantities inorganic nutrients present effluents from villages, farms and industries together with runoff fertilizers, added field, have enriched water bodies nutrients, particularly nitrogen phosphorous leading rapid growth aquatic plants (Aboaba, 1973). Excessive weeds impair beneficial uses eradication measures be employed keep waters clean.
