Effect of negative capacitances on high-temperature dielectric measurements at relatively low frequency

摘要: Barium ferrite (BaFe12O19) was elaborated and investigated in this work terms of its capacitance-temperature characteristics. The curve taken at the fixed frequency 1 kHz shows anomalous negative values capacitance over high-temperature regime. A complete analysis effect is carried out by performing ac measurements various temperatures. results indicate that a resonance phenomenon, arising from external electrical circuit shifting higher frequencies to lower ones with increasing temperature, responsible for unusual effect.
