摘要: We have studied the dielectric properties of Cu0.5Tl0.5Ba2Ca2Cu3−yZnyO10−δ (y=0, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5) superconductors to investigate effects Zn atoms and specifically their role in modifying properties, such as loss (tan δ) ac-conductivity (σac). These been investigated normal state samples at room temperature superconducting state. From these analyses, we determined excess conductivity (lower energy state) system suggested its possible mechanism superconductivity. The lower thermal agitation 79 K may enhance polarizability hence constants (e′, e″). A comparison with Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu2Ox has shown that our material losses higher 290 K. decreased increased doping strongly polarization ...
