Absence of pair breaking effect in Cu0.5Tl0.5Ba2Ca2Cu3−y ZnyO10−δ (y = 0, 0.75, 1.5, 2.25, 2.5, 2.65) superconductor

摘要: We have investigated the existence of any possible pair breaking mechanism in Cu 0.5 Tl Ba 2 Ca 0.35 Zn 2.65 O 10− δ superconductor by carrying out post-annealing experiments nitrogen, oxygen and air atmospheres. This material is grown tetragonal structure with  a c -axes lengths 3.879 A 14.581 A; -axis length found to decrease with increased concentration final compound. The substitution at CuO planar sites formula unit 3− y has given superconductivity for all doping = 0.75, 1.5, 2.25, 2.5, 2.65. zero resistivity critical temperature [ T ( R 0)], quantity diamagnetism current I H 0)] are increase doping. In doped samples, maximum superconducting properties, which showed that optimally carriers ZnO planes. Since properties marginally suppressed samples post annealing N atmospheres, it lead definite conclusion mechanism, suggested previous studies, absent altogether our superconductor. synthesis 3 this method extremely reproducible.
