摘要: We report measurements of the conductivity and dielectric constant as a function frequency temperature on samples ${\mathrm{La}}_{2}$${\mathrm{CuO}}_{4}$ from dc to 100 GHz. An analysis dependence complex indicates that high-frequency is large (\ensuremath{\simeq}50) weakly dependent. The charge carriers are massive (1100${\mathrm{m}}_{\mathrm{e}}$), damped, partially pinned.
