摘要: Background: Virtual reality (VR) applied to patients with neck pain is a promising intervention produce positive effects when used alone or combined exercise. Therefore, the objective of this manuscript compare VR versus exercise treatment on intensity, conditioned modulation (CPM), temporal summation (TS) and functional somatosensory outcomes in non-specific chronic (NS-CNP). Methods: A single-blinded, randomized clinical trial was carried out. total sample 44 NS-CNP into group exercises group. The consisted two sessions per week, for four weeks eight sessions. Four measurement moments (at baseline, immediately, 1 month, 3 months after intervention) were considered. Pain CPM, TS, measured. Results: Statistically significant differences revealed time factor (F = 16.40, p 0.05) rotation range motion (ROM), Neck Disability Index, catastrophizing, fear-avoidance beliefs, left side pressure threshold (PPT) anxiety. not found (p > neither group*time interaction right PPT, flexo-extension lateral-flexion ROM. Conclusions: Kinesiophobia only outcome that showed between at months. Nevertheless, ROM, disability, PPT anxiety did show both interventions.
