摘要: Abstract The alkaloids of seven the eight species Fagara growing in Argentina have been investigated. All bases isolated and characterized were quaternary belonged either to simple phenylethylamines or benzylisoquinolines. In last group one benzylisoquinoline, several aporphines, two berberines benzophenanthridine identified (Table 1). Two them, tembetarine N -methylcorydine found for first time plants. Some considerations are made on distribution these among Zanthoxylum species.
