摘要: A large body of research indicates that the liability to develop schizophrenia is largely genetically mediated, although phenotypic expression requires environmental triggers/insults and/or epigenetic stochastic factors. In an effort identify precise factors precipitate a predisposition schizophrenia, researchers have implemented high-risk model-the prospective study offspring born schizophrenic parents. As it difficult ascertain exactly which "high-risk" participants will actually disorder, we examined validity experimental MMPI scale, Schizophrenia Proneness (SzP), and Moldin-Gottesman psychometric index such individuals. Results suggest SzP scale can be effective predictor schizophrenia-related psychoses. revised offered for further study.
