摘要: We aimed to determine the effects of vitamin B1 deficiency on contents urine, liver, and blood. In current study, rats were divided into 3 groups (n = 5, each group): first was freely fed a complete diet (ad lib-fed control group); second B1-free (vitamin deficient third pair-fed with same amounts group (pair-fed group). The experimental period for 15 days. blood concentrations B2, PLP, B12, folic acid, biotin lower in than ad those nicotinamide pantothenic acid same. conclude that Vitamin did not affect other B-group vitamins.
