摘要: Background This case study reports on a combined therapy of stenting and surgery for giant unruptured middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysm with the aim preserving patency vessel during surgery. Case description A 51-year-old male presented sudden onset moderate left hemiparesis dysarthria. Neuro-radiological evaluations showed right MCA without subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). The angiography confirmed presence such an producing compression both M2 branches consequent slowing blood flow. Two weeks later, patient underwent positioning Enterprise stent inside this, flow diverter Silk stent. They were placed across in one two protecting them surgical manipulation. went immediately to surgery, where was resected decompressed. Conclusion placement stents allowed safe successful dissection clipping interrupting
