摘要: This study evaluates the toxic effect of three pesticides (Azoxystrobin, Cymoxanil, and Diuron) on yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae for development a new bioassay based inhibition S. metabolic activity at level adenosine-5-triphosphate (ATP) synthesis, as compared with two different toxicity tests Daphnia magna mobility (NF EN ISO 6341) Vibrio fisheri 11348). The is cheaper 96 times faster than D. bioassay, but has lower sensitivity. It fast V. more sensitive. Thus, this test can be proposed rapid detection pesticide residues in environmental samples complement to expensive time-consuming test.
