摘要: Uniform distribution of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in metal matrix during additive manufacturing nanocomposites is always a challenge since the CNTs tend to aggregate molten pool. In this study, Multiwall (MWNTs) were separated and distributed uniformly into iron by laser sintering process. MWNTs powders mixed together magnetic stir, coated on steel 4140 surface, followed sintering. Due fast heating cooling rate, are evenly matrix. The temperature field was calculated multiphysics simulation considering size effects, including dependent melting temperature, thermal conductivity, heat capacity. SEM, TEM, XRD used understand CNT integrated nanocomposites. results proved feasibility technique synthesize MWNTS
