摘要: IgG and IgE containing circulating immune complexes (CIC), total serum parasite related were determined in monoinfected patients with Schistosoma mansoni or S.haematobium a mixed infection. IgE- IgG-CIC significantly higher the infection group. There is considerable cross-reactivity between crude S.mansoni antigen preparations. The level of IgE-CIC correlated to levels respectively. Furthermore intensity Twelve out 21 suffering from monoinfection reinvestigated 1-4 months after specific chemotherapy. Parasitological cure followed by significant decrease IgE-CIC, whereas did not change significantly. importance disappearance discussed.
