The Aorta-to-Coronary Radial Artery Bypass Graft: A Technique Avoiding Pathological Changes in Grafts

摘要: Abstract A technique of aorta-to-coronary artery bypass grafting using the patient's radial is proposed with aim reducing incidence late pathological changes in graft. Experience 40 grafts 30 human patients has shown excellent short-term results and demonstrated primary importance mechanical dilation arterial graft before implantation to counteract its spasm. Even though several advantages favor use over vein for (arterial structure, elasticity, regularity lumen) mammary (graft size length, resistance wall), ultimate fate needs a longer follow-up be determined certainty.
