摘要: Yttria tetragonal zirconia polycrystal was mechanically metallized with titanium and the wetting behavior on ceramic surface analyzed using conventional fillers Ag-28Cu Au-18Ni. These alloys had dissolved active metal coating, which acts to reduction its promoting suitable chemical bonding metallic member. Better results were selected for indirect brazing in a high-vacuum furnace ZrO2/Ti-6Al-4V simple butt joints. Helium gas leak detection made at joints interface; samples removed from tight cross-section examined by microstructural analysis techniques EDX analysis. There formation of dark reaction layer close metalized surface, responsible good filler Ag-28Cu. However, Au-18Ni alloy caused an excessive presence intermetallics interfacial microcracking. Microhardness profiles across interface where undergone typical darkening there no significant variation between consecutive measurements; performance brazed considered satisfactory three-point flexure testing.
