摘要: One of the beyond-5G developments that is often highlighted integration wireless communication and radio sensing. This paper addresses potential communication-sensing Large Intelligent Surfaces (LIS) in an exemplary Industry 4.0 scenario. Besides for high throughput efficient multiplexing links, LIS can offer a high-resolution rendering propagation environment. because, indoor setting, it be placed proximity to sensed phenomena, while resolution offered by densely spaced tiny antennas deployed over large area. By treating as image environment, we develop sensing techniques leverage usage computer vision combined with machine learning. We test these methods scenario where need detect whether industrial robot deviates from predefined route. The results show LIS-based offers precision has application environments.
