摘要: Aim To compare penetration depth into dentinal tubules of RealSeal with that a well-established endodontic sealer (Tubliseal) by means confocal microscopy. Methodology Twenty sound extracted, single-rooted premolars were selected. Following completion root canal instrumentation, the teeth divided two groups using stratified sampling method, ranking according to size. In group 1, 10 filled Gutta-percha and Tubliseal cold lateral condensation. 2, RealSeal. Both sealers labelled Rhodamine B dye. The sectioned parallel their long axis resulting in 20 specimens per group. Confocal microscopy was used assess depths at three sites for each specimen (coronal, middle apical). Data analysed statistically Stata Release 9.1. Results one thirds found be higher than (P < 0.05). significantly different (P = 0.001). mean value 908.8 μm whereas 139.5 μm. Conclusions is greater Tubliseal.
