摘要: Abstract Samples of bismuth cuprate with and without lead substitution were prepared by the sol-gel method. The general formula was Bi 2− x Pb Sr 2 CaCu O 8+δ , where 0≤ ≤0.6. samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), magnetic susceptibility, Raman spectroscopy IR reflectance. Regarding homogeneity, density, purity superconductivity, optimal behavior found = 0.2-0.4. An increase hole concentration in CuO -planes 2+ /Bi 3+ ratio observed from optical data. spectra modifications are discussed. Evidence interaction between -plane continuum 150 cm −1 active modes found.
