摘要: We investigated the effects of thymoquinone (TQ) on expression liver microRNAs (miRNAs), histopathology and oxidative stress in Ehrlich acid solid tumor model induced mice. used 24 male BALB/c mice divided randomly into three groups. Control (C) group were injected intraperitoneally (i.p.) with 0.5 ml saline for four weeks. Tumor (T) i.p. weeks, then cells subcutaneously neck to induce formation. TQ (T + Tq) 10 mg/kg this At end study, from all groups removed histopathological miRNAs analysis, measurement. found that miR-206b-3p was up-regulated necrosis increased tissue tumor. application decreased stress, prevented necrosis, regeneration down-regulated tissue.
