摘要: Genetic factors that contribute to the risk of breast cancer are largely not known and association studies have revealed several genes with low penetrance alleles for cancer. Analysis these may provide important information on affecting carcinogenesis. Variations in ARLTS1, RAD51 MDM2 been associated increased different types but results consistent. In this study we investigated role allelic variants candidate acting tumor suppressor, DNA repair p53 pathways as familial 147 patients displaying characteristics disease. Presence polymorphic were by amplification corresponding regions restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Genotype allele frequencies significantly all three variants. Our indicate might affect individual susceptibility towards
