摘要: Purpose To evaluate the long-term outcomes of thin-flap laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) eyes with thin corneas (central corneal thickness [CCT] Setting Private center, Tokyo, Japan. Design Retrospective randomized comparative study. Method The efficacy, safety, predictability, and topography LASIK were evaluated a CCT less than 500 μm but normal (thin-cornea group) to 6 years postoperatively. thin-cornea group compared those or greater (control group). Analysis was performed determine whether there differences between groups at last checkup 3 4 Results In (291 eyes; 146 patients), no significant observed when subdivided by time final (3, 4, ≥5 years). There difference visual refractive 3 months postoperatively control (371 193 patients). No visual, refractive, 2 checkup. Conclusions Laser as safe effective showed similar stability greater. eye either had postoperative complication.
