摘要: In this controlled, parallel-group feeding trial, we examined the impact of carbohydrate (CHO) intake and glycemic index (GI) on glucose lipid metabolism during refeeding after weight loss. Healthy men (n = 32 total, age: 25.5 ± 3.9 y, BMI: 23.5 2.0 kg/m2) overconsumed diets containing either 50% or 65% CHO for 1 wk (+50% energy requirements) then underwent 3 calorie restriction (CR; -50%) followed by 2 overconsuming (refeeding, +50%) same diet but with a low high GI (40 vs.70 CR, 41 vs.74 refeeding) so that load (GL; dietary content x GI) differed between groups all phases. Glucose profiles were assessed continuous interstitial monitoring, insulin sensitivity (IS) fasting blood sampling, oral tolerance test (OGTT) hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp, liver fat MRI. Daytime area under curve-glucose was higher compared (P 0.01) 0.05) correlated GL (r 0.71; P < 0.001). IS increased CR decreased again in groups. The decrease OGTT-derived greater high- than low-GI (-41 vs. -15%; P-interaction -0.51; 0.01). Serum triglycerides (TGs) also improved (-17 38 mg/dL -1.1 1.3%; 0.05 <0.001) (+48 48 +2.2 1.6%; After refeeding, serum TGs elevated above baseline values only (+59.9 37.5 +1.1 1.7%, <0.001 <0.05). conclusion, moderate (i.e., GL) may have health benefits positively affecting daylong glycemia, IS, fat.
