摘要: Objectives: We investigated the facial skin microbiota of Japanese acne patients. Methods: Skin swab samples were obtained from 100 patients and 28 healthy controls to evaluate Propionibacterium Staphylococcus spp. using a culture method. Malassezia evaluated nonculture Antibiotic resistance was also examined. Results: Acne did not show significant differences in populations. However, number globosa greater than that controls. Moreover, carrying antibiotic-resistant strains significantly them. Conclusions: The present study characterized patients, suggesting correlation between quantitative microbiota.
