摘要: Thermally stimulated current (TSC) and conductivity measurements were carried out on the composites of PE (polyethylene) EVA ((ethylene-vinyl acetate) copolymer). When PE-EVA composite with Au electrodes was polarised a positive voltage side (PE-EVA(+)), new TSC peak (P4) appeared which not observed in PE, or PE-EVA(-). The conduction currents showed remarkable dependence polarity bias electrode material. This led to following conclusions. (i) Positive carriers are easily injected into from anode. (ii) Some them trapped at interface give rise P4 peak. (iii) Most can pass through move region, increasing by about two orders magnitude.
