摘要: Space charge in the ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer was directly probed by a thermal-pulse-current (TPC) technique. The mechanism of electrical conduction is discussed using results TPC and measurements. explained as follows. In low-field region, positive-carrier injection dominates conduction. Positive homo space due to injected carriers formed controls case space-charge-limited current. quantitatively space-charge-perturbed current theory which anode field not reduced zero. high-field carrier rate cannot cope with sweepout injection-limited.
