摘要: Abstract Thymocytes from cortisol-treated rats, incubated in vitro, showed a lower incorporation of radioactive precursors into ribonucleic acid, deoxyribonucleic and protein than did cells control animals. Thymolytic steroids present vitro at concentrations 10-10 m to 10-5 the thymocyte suspensions caused similar inhibitions. Good correlation was found between relative potency tested their reported assessed vivo.
