摘要: Abstract In rat thymus cells exposed under aerobic conditions to a glucose pulse, cortisol at 10-6 m reduces the rates of uptake and lactic acid output, magnitude glucose-induced increase in 6-phosphate. Effects are discernible by 15 20 min exposure cortisol. These results interpreted as showing that produces block level transport or phosphorylation, both. Under anaerobic marked Pasteur effect is observed, all above effects abolished.
