摘要: An experimental system is described for measuring the uptake of glucose by mouse skin in vitro. Insulin found to stimulate and hydrocortisone depress this when added medium concentrations comparable those which may occur vivo. Oestrogens, androgens progestational agents, contrast, have no effect at approximately physiological levels, but cause some depression high concentrations.
