摘要: Samples of wet malt distiller's grains (MDG) have been analysed to assess the quality material and variation between effects distilleries on losses incurred during transport farm storage. Comparative analyses MDG parent barley showed that recoveries soluble carbohydrate, protein, holocellulose, lipid minerals in culms amounted 16, 54, 90, 95 32% respectively, which indicates a depletion carbohydrate (particularly potassium) concentration structural components lipid. A survey leaving 12 different over period 6 weeks little difference composition distilleries. Transport were negligible. Losses dry matter storage ranged from 11 21 % depending length storage. The addition salt did not result consistent reduction these losses.
