摘要: Abstract Purpose: The present study was designed to investigate the risk factors affecting conversion open surgery in retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy of nonfunctioning renal tuberculosis (TB). Patients and Methods: records 144 patients who underwent a procedure by single surgeon were retrospectively reviewed. following factors, including age, sex, body mass index (BMI), diabetes status, hypertension side kidney, size degree calcification, mild perirenal extravasation, contralateral hydronephrosis, time anti-TB, experience analyzed. Univariate multivariate logistic regression analyses used for statistical assessment. Results: Twenty-three converted rate 15.97%.
