摘要: Abstract The article discusses the contradiction between ambiguity of human judgment in a multicriterion environment and exactness assessments required majority decision-making methods. Preferential information from decision makers ordinal form (e.g., “more preferable”, “less etc.) is argued to be more stable reliable than cardinal input. Ways obtaining using judgments for rank ordering multiattribute alternatives are discussed. effectiveness step-wise procedure tradeoffs comparison evaluated. We introduce notion tradeoffs, presentation as flexible three-stage process, paired joint scale (PJOS), evaluation process. Simulation results examine sensitivity number pairwise comparisons given numbers criteria categories within criteria, well analyzed. This simulation shows that provide sufficient power discriminate 75% 80% compared. While proportional relative maximum possible decreases with categories, method relatively insensitive considered.
