摘要: Tumor ablation is a minimally invasive technique that commonly used in the treatment of tumors liver, kidney, bone, and lung. During tumor ablation, thermal energy to heat or cool tissue cytotoxic levels (less than −40°C more 60°C). An additional being developed targets permeability cell membrane ostensibly nonthermal. Within classification there are several modalities worldwide: radiofrequency, microwave, laser, high-intensity focused ultrasound, cryoablation, irreversible electroporation. Each technique, although similar purpose, has specific optimal indications. This review serves discuss general principles reviews each modality, discusses modality selection.
