摘要: This study presents epidemiological and clinical data on non-sentinel patients considered by physicians as suspected to be infected with pandemic A(H1N1)2009 virus, from whom specimens were sent for testing the National Influenza Center, NIPH-NIH in Warsaw, Poland. Between April 28, 2009 August 10, 2010, 988 (15.7%) out of 6,311 tested including 798 sources 190 sentinel influenza surveillance network. The conventional RT-PCR detect A case positive – one-step real-time virus A(H1N1)2009. In 145 (18.2%) cases, infections confirmed, highest number aged 15–25. 45% confirmed a history travel other countries was registered. most common symptoms fever ≥38°C (72.7%), cough (50%), sore throat, myalgia (26.1%). 40.7% swabbed patients, criteria novel A(H1N1)2009, set European Commission, met. There were, however, persons without any reasonable indication collected incorrectly, documentation basic information. These weaknesses resulted unnecessary costs overload health care units. An improvement should achieved area communication between different players future. More attention is also needed ensure that requirements recommendations are known used.
