摘要: Antioxidative enzyme activities and their isozyme patterns under water-deficit, salinity, high low temperature stresses were studied in the seedlings of Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R.Br. It was observed that water-deficit stress glutathione reductase (GR) key while case stress, GR along with catalase played a major role. Superoxide dismutase found to be main stress. Co-ordinated higher expression all antioxidative enzymes salt This study revealed operation different enzymatic mechanisms various abiotic will aid understanding metabolic basis tolerance pearl millet.
