摘要: Obesity is associated with a low-grade inflammation in adipose tissue resulting from increased production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and which can subsequently contribute to the development insulin resistance. However, mechanisms underlying transcriptional regulation genes are still unclear. Here we show that tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-alpha treatment attenuated Akt-dependent phosphorylation Foxo1 enhanced activity Foxo1. We found expression CCAAT/enhancer binding protein (C/EBPbeta, positive regulator monocyte chemoattractant (MCP)-1 interleukin (IL)-6 genes, through directly its promoter. Furthermore, knockdown as well C/EBPbeta inhibits TNF-alpha-induced MCP-1 IL-6 3T3-L1 adipocytes. These findings suggest activation triggered by TNF-alpha up-regulates adipocytes, thereby leading an cytokines, IL-6.
