摘要: Abstract In this paper, a new approach proposed for modelling the three-dimensional (3D) topography produced on abrasive water jet (AWJ) cut surface is presented. It makes use of trajectory jet, predicted from theory ballistics and Bitter’s erosion material removal, numerically simulating cutting front. The 2D at different depths generated by considering trajectories front particles impacting walls randomly. For realistic generation surfaces, several instantaneous profiles in each region are superimposed to obtain an effective profile. nature thus analyzed validated using power spectral density analysis. turn used generate 3D AWJ surface. Results obtained with model experimental results.
