摘要: Abstract Introduction To determine the miRNA expression profile in placentas complicated by Preeclampsia (PE) and compare it to uncomplicated pregnancies. Methods Sixteen from women with PE, [11 early onset PE (EOPE) 5 late (LOPE)], as well 8 pregnancies were analyzed using microarrays. For statistical analyses MATLAB® simulation environment was applied. The over-expression of miR-518a-5p verified Quantitative Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction. Results Forty four miRNAs found dysregulated placentas. Statistical analysis revealed that miR-431, miR-124* over-expressed EOPE compared controls, whereas miR-544 miR-3942 down-regulated EOPE. When comparing cases PE-growth restricted fetuses (FGR), miR-431 FGR. Discussion Since specific can differentiate LOPE placentas, they may be considered putative PE-specific biomarkers. MiR-518a-5p emerged a potential diagnostic indicator for PE-FGR indicating link severity disease.
