摘要: The paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) platelet differs from the normal human in its interaction with activated complement components: (a) when is by alternative pathway, greater amounts of C3 are fixed to PNH than platelet; (b) platelet-release reaction, as measured serotonin release, occurs after fixation platelet. This reaction does not occur platelets; (c) although release mediated antibody alone was same for and platelets, antibody-initiated activation resulted platelets consequent release; (d) nearly maximal (or perhaps C5) membrane without completion terminal sequence. In contrast, sequence beyond C5 required platelets. These abnormalities components may explain occurrence thromboses this disease.
