摘要: The cellular distribution of HbF was studied in nine patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) by measuring the level and determining number HbF-containing red cells (F cells) whole blood population normal obtained after immune lysis abnormal erythrocytes. amounts F cell frequencies found were strikingly similar to values seen blood. observed best fitted those expected under assumption that arise equally from hemopoietic stem PNH defect. Since appears be a clonal disorder, this evidence argues against derivation distinct pluripotent lines.
