摘要: In this paper, we put together several observations from studies in erythroid cultures that suggest the major regulatory events determining Hb F and A formation red cells are taken at level of stem cells. We outlined evidence suggests program expression changes during differentiation primitive progenitors, known as burst-forming units, raised possibilities on how differentiation-dependent change developmental programs could be accomplished. Although many questions remain still unanswered, work done so far mechanisms regulation cellular can successfully probed with existing methodologies. Delineation mechanism is required order to find out whether therapeutic manipulation patient Cooley's anemia possible or not.
